Winner of the Good Design Award (2017) and Kid Design Award (2019), the Fun Pun Clock was designed by Yoko Dobashi in collaboration with the Japan Montessori Research Institute to help children develop an intuitive understanding of time through the Montessori method.
 
More than a clock, Fun Pun is designed as a learning tool that encourages children to understand the relationship between numbers, minutes, and hours. Its intuitive dial introduces basic mathematical concepts, including the foundations of algebra, through the familiar and engaging experience of reading a clock.
 
While created primarily for children, Fun Pun combines its educational purpose with a clean, contemporary design and quality materials that allow it to fit naturally into a child’s room, classroom, or modern home. It is a thoughtful timepiece that makes learning about time both practical and enjoyable.
