His work has been acquired by renowned design museums including the Victoria and Albert Museum in the UK and the Stedelijk Museum in the Netherlands.
 
The Orb is crafted using a traditional brass casting technique originating in Takaoka, Toyama, a region celebrated for its centuries-old metalworking tradition. Its sculptural form pays homage to the stately navigational instruments of the Age of Discovery, reinterpreted through a distinctly Japanese design sensibility.
 
Each Orb undergoes specialized coloration and meticulous polishing by skilled craftsmen, creating a rich, distinctive surface with a texture and character unique to the timepiece. The resulting patina and finish give the Orb a refined presence that evolves beautifully with its sculptural form.
