Winner of the Good Design Award (2010) and A’ Design Award & Competition 2018 / Silver (Italy), the original CARVED Clock designed by Naoki Terada is an iconic timepiece made with a very special mineral-based artificial wood.
 
Designed by architect Naoki Terada who carved in Arabic (A), Roman Numerals (B), and Lines (C) into the clock face, thereby making the clock into a sculpture design object.  Due to the special raw material used to create this timepiece additional processing time before shipment may be needed.
 
The CARVED Clock has a pure, pastel matte white surface which requires special attention when using it for the first time.  We recommend wearing clean gloves to handle the CARVED Clock.

CARVED BIRCH WOOD is the new variation of “CARVED” series that uses birch wood for a beautiful wood aesthetics.
 
CARVED Swing Pendulum
CARVED Swing has its hour number 6 dropped off from the clock face and affixed to a pendulum that swings slowly and silently to time.  A very smooth movement from a design timepiece that infuses a touch of pleasant and soothing sentiment to a space.
 
CARVED Superellipse Pendulum
The CARVED Superellipse has a clock body of an "superellipse," a special hybrid shape of a perfect circle and square.  A thin Stainless Steel line painted in red drops down from the clock swings silently to the time away.  Minimalist, modern, and with a touch of zen, the CARVED Superellipse accentuate any space with its hybrid sense of design.
