Released in 2010 and based on the original design by Yuichi Nara, the MONO A and MONO B are minimalist clocks built around a single design element: the black line.
 
The black hour markers and hands are arranged within the open white space of the round frame, creating a simple composition with a subtle sense of tension. The uncluttered design allows the clock to quietly blend into modern interiors, particularly against a white wall.
 
MONO A features four numerals on the dial, while MONO B uses only the black line markers without numerals.
